Services and Pricing

Every event is unique. At your free consultation, either via phone or in-person, I will get to know you and your needs. Based on that meeting I will create a proposal tailored specifically for you and your event that outlines the pricing structure and services provided.
Please note that due to my new addition, while The Plannery is still my full time job, I’m now also parenting part-time so my response time may be slower than it used to be!
General price ranges and information, below:
Full /Partial Wedding Planning $4,000-10,000
Full/partial wedding planning and coordination can start up to 18 months before the wedding and includes Month-Of coordination. Price depends on your needs, the size and complexity of your event, as well as the level of involvement you’re seeking. Services can include: budget formulation and guidance, venue and vendor recommendations and coordination, presence at any wedding-related meetings, arranging hotel room blocks for out of town guests, creating seating charts, rehearsal direction, timeline creation, event management, regular progress meetings and unlimited correspondence.
Month Of Coordination $1,500-2,500
What most refer to as Day-Of coordination, I call Month-Of coordination because I believe that to do it right, I need to become involved no later than a month before the event. Services include: the entire wedding/event day, a final planning meeting, a final walk-through of the venue, creating the event timeline, vendor confirmations prior to the event, and may also include rehearsal coordination and/or an assistant as necessary.
Event Design $650-$1,250
Our new Event Designer, Kim, will meet with you to go over your style, likes and dislikes, and colors. After this discussion, depending on the package chosen, Kim creates a one-page or multi-page moodboard filled with cohesive images and colors that convey the overall mood you’re looking for at your wedding. Once you’re happy with the direction of the moodboard, you’ll use it to convey your style and colors to your creative vendors. It also helps you make design decisions on your own that fit the visual theme. Exact Pantone color codes are provided so you and vendors use the same colors throughout. Kim will be available for unlimited email correspondence if you need help making decisions.

Consulting $90 an hour
When I’m available to do so, I sometimes offer an hourly rate that can be used for anything (outside of working on-site at your event) from helping create your budget to assembling invitations.
